Spotlight on Lyme© 5K Run/Walk

Come enjoy a beautiful day on the Jersey Shore and help raise awareness for Lyme disease by participating in our 5K run/walk fundraising event. Our 3 mile run or walk will be fun for the whole family. Working together we an all make a big impact by raising money for research to fight this debilitating disease.Bring all of your friends and family member, and help us make a difference!

Directions
From North NJ & NY – Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 11. Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 105 (or Route 18 Exit 13B) to Route 36 East. Follow Route 36 East approximately 6.4miles to Ocean Boulevard, Long Branch. Turn right onto Ocean Boulevard, Long Branch. Turn right onto Ocean Boulevard and proceed approximately .5 miles to Pier Village on the left.

From Western NJ & Philadelphia – Take the New Jersey Turnpike North to Exit 7A. Follow Interstate 195 East to Exit 36. Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 105(or Route 18 Exit 13B) to Route 36. Follow Route 36 East approximately 6.4 miles to Ocean Boulevard, Long Branch. Turn right onto Ocean Boulevard, Long Branch. Turn right onto Ocean Boulevard and proceed approximately .5 miles to Pier Village on the left.

Event Requirements

• Participants must have signed waiver on file.

   

•  All participants age 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. 

   

LDA Update after the Event  The Spotlight was extremely successful and raised over $20,000 for Lyme disease research.
