• CREDIT CARD REGISTRATIONS: Online Only.

• No Phone or Fax Registrations.

• CANCELLATION: Written notice of cancellation must be RECEIVED BY LDA BY 8/16/11 for refund.  NO exceptions.

• An email confirm will be sent from the LDA website and one from paypal.  Check your SPAM box if you do not receive them. Bring your PayPal confirmation to the conference.
